Educational data: class enrollments, session records, assignments, submissions, grades, notes, and metric recordings.

To provide and improve the Learning platform.
To connect students with their instructors and classes.
To track and record student progress.
To communicate important service updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell student data. Information is shared only with:

Instructors: who are actively working with a student can view that student's progress, notes, and assignments.
Service providers: such as cloud hosting, that are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit. Database records are encrypted at rest. Access to student data is role-based and audited.

5. Data Retention

We retain student data as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion, we anonymize or delete personal data within 30 days, but may retain assignment and metric data for educational continuity.

6. Your Rights

Access your personal data at any time via your profile.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Export your data in CSV format (coming soon).

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is designed for educational use and may be used by minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
